A father-of-two accused of raping his Tinder date is facing a retrial. Israel Tshikeva, 27, spent two weeks flirting with the 25 year-old woman over the dating app after messaging her: ‘Hi you ok? You are really pretty.’ When he first steered the conversation towards sex, she told him she would not sleep with him on the first date, the Old Bailey heard.
