  A teenager arrested in connection with five acid attacks during a 90-minute moped rampage across east London appeared in court today (mon) charged with 13 offences. The 16-year-old is accused of throwing the noxious liquid at five moped drivers on Thursday last week, with one victim suffering ‘life-changing’ injuries.
