Airport crooks flew in from South America to prey on the elderly

Three thieves who jetted into the country to steal jewellery from elderly holidaymakers at airports have been jailed for 12 years. Jose Flores, 53, Reynaldo Weston, 60, and Juan Hernandez, 55, all from South America stole more than £100,000 from pensioners at Heathrow, Stansted, and London City Airport. They befuddled their victims by distracting them as they waited in the airport lounges. Flores, Weston and Hernandez will be deported after their twelve years behind bars.
