Appalling convictions of mugger who left dog walker fighting for his life

A mugger accused of stabbing a dog walker in the head with a screwdriver has convictions for similar offences stretching back a decade, a court heard. Jermaine McDonald, 26, leapt off his bicycle and launched a vicious unprovoked attack on Italian joiner Sinuhe Pianella, 31, in Dulwich Park on 27 April, jurors heard.
