A racist football fan who called a steward a ‘f******g n****r’ for asking him to leave a match has been given a three-year football ban. Michael Darwent, 46, mumbled the insult after steward Mamadou Sakho (corr) asked him to leave Stamford Bridge during the Chelsea clash against Sheffield United on 31 August.
