Ban for social worker who filled up on the council’s tab

A social worker who used his council credit card to buy chocolates for a client’s mother has been suspended for 12 months. James-Moni Tayamoi also used the card to pay for nearly £100 worth of petrol for his own car while working for Southampton City Council.
