Corruption allegations against an Indian beer and airline tycoon are politically based, a court heard today.(Fri) Vijay Mallya, 62, the former boss of Kingfisher Beers, is fighting extradition to the sub continent after his airline collapsed with an estimated $1.3billion of debts.
