Boat crash captain confesses

A party boat captain has admitted putting passengers at risk when he crashed into a police dock. Daniel Wakefield, 38, slammed into Wapping Police Dock and damaged a police launch when he was at the helm of the Jewel of London party boat on 12 December last year.
