‘Body on the tracks killer’ faces trial

A man accused of murdering a Bosnian and leaving his body on railway tracks will stand trial at the Old Bailey in April. Jamie Simmons, 37, allegedly attacked 23 year-old Samir Draganovic at Knockholt train station in Kent on the night of 5 November. Police were called to the scene just after midnight after a train driver reported seeing a body on the tracks. Simmons was charged with murder by the British Transport Police on 10 November.
