Brexit supporter accused of assaulting friend in back of Uber

A Brexit supporter accused of assaulting his friend in the back of a cab in a race rant has been cleared by a jury. Stephen Ward, 48, claimed that his friend Azim Ul-Haque had started the fight after taking offence to his political views on immigration and the foreign aid budget.
