Brothers fight private fraud case

Two brothers accused of stock exchange fraud claim they are the victims of a ‘vexatious’ prosecution. Justin, 45, and Jason Drummond, 50, allegedly conned Steven Egan by withholding information about assets belonging to their company Media Corporation PLC between August 2007 and March 2009. Mr Egan, who lives in France, has brought the case and has indicated he will call other shareholders to give evidence.
