A Bulgarian nurse with a poor grasp of the English language was unable to understand basic medical terminology or explain herself to doctors, a tribunal heard. Nikoleta Paskova made repeated errors when administering medication and struggled to answer questions while on duty at Seacroft Court Nursing Home in Skegness, Lincs.
