Bulimic student ‘killed by toxic slimming pills’

A businessman and two colleagues killed a student by selling her toxic slimming pills made with chemicals used in First World War bombs, a court heard. Eloise Aimee Parry, 21, from Shrewsbury, Shropshire, suffered from bulimia and died after taking just eight capsules containing the fat-burning chemical dinitrophenol (DNP).
