Conman had dozens of identities

A fraudster used false identities to withdraw thousands of pounds from customers’ bank accounts across the country, a court heard. Julian Mabbutt, 47, entered banks and building societies using other people’s names to withdraw at least £27,000 over a two year period, it was said.
