Conman ‘swindled £1m from friend’ in country house con

A fraudster used his friendship with a business partner to con him out of £1 million, a court heard. Adil Ditta, 44, appeared before Westminster Magistrates Court today (weds) to plead not guilty to a string of frauds stemming from bogus investments in a luxury country townhouse.
