Two civil servants accused of scuppering a prosecution by deleting computer files have walked free because of flaws in the court’s £447million IT system. Victoria Fowler, 41, and Aktar Ali, 37, denied deleting files about a prosecution against Ali Hoque, 30, while they worked for the Court Service in east London between February and September 2012.
