Death driver admits killing sister

A university student has admitted killing her teenage sister in a horrific car smash. Meliha Kaya, 22, was travelling in excess of the 30mph speed limit when her Mini Cooper collided with a BMW and careered off the road and into a tree. Her car came to rest in a garden area outside a block of flats in South Woodford, east London.
