Defence contractor accused of spying

A former defence contractor appeared in court accused of leaking ‘highly sensitive’ secrets after a year-long counter-terrorism probe. Simon Finch, 49, a BAE Systems worker, is charged under the Official Secrets Act with making a ‘damaging disclosure’ of information last October.
