Former Liberian President and war criminal Charles Taylor’s ex wife appeared at court accused of complicity in the despot’s bloody rebellion. Agnes Reeves Taylor, 51, allegedly engaged in torture and conspiracy to commit torture during Liberia’s gruesome civil war between 1989 and 1991 in Gbarnga and Gborplay within the west African country.
