Disabled man kept pistol in modified wheelchair

A disabled man ran a weapons factory in his flat and even fitted his wheelchair with a pistol, a court heard Glenn Brighan, 35, had a fully equipped workshop with drills and lathes at his north London home. Police found his wheelchair had been modified to house an Italian BBM MINIGAP pistol capable of firing rubber bullets.
