Driver denies death smash

A motorist today has denied killing a man while driving his Mercedes through Enfield. Karin Kaoud, 35, is charged with causing death by careless driving after Kane Franzese was killed in a collision on Cambridge Road on 14 June 2017. Kaoud was driving a Mercedes GLA at the time, the Old Bailey heard. He spoke only to confirm his personal details and deny the charge.
