Driver in the clear after man was ‘catapulted’ to his death


A father-of-two who ran over and killed a pedestrian while trying to protect his son from a drunken assault was cleared of causing death by dangerous driving. Andrew Huston, 54, was ‘catapulted’ to his death from the roof of Scott Hamshire’s Vauxhall Astra on 22 April 2017.
