A hit and run driver left a promising law student paralysed after ploughing into him on a zebra crossing while listening to loud music, a court heard. Mohammed Talukdar, 21, careered into Joseph Azizeh, 22, and then sped off in his BMW on Burdett Road, Mile End, east London, on 14 July last year.
