A Ministry of Justice adviser punched a paramedic treating him after he drunkenly fell over in the street after a party, a court heard. Andrew Meads, 52, who is a senior economic guru, was seen staggering around Marlborough Place, Kensington, on 17 December after drinks at the Oxford and Cambridge Club Annual.
