End of career for crooked nurse

A nursing manager who submitted false travel and overtime claims to defraud the NHS out of £10,000 has been struck off. Jacqueline Shacklady, in her early 50s, a senior nurse Aneurin Bevan University Health Board in Cadicot, Wales, submitted 72 false claims between 2015 and 2016. She was responsible for managing a team of district nurses and had extensive knowledge of the timesheet and financial systems.
