Extremist who handed cash to ‘Man in Hat’ claims he was paid by MI5

  An extremist who handed £3,000 to the so-called ‘Man in the Hat’ Brussels terror suspect claimed he was paid for information by MI5, it can be revealed. Belgian Zakaria Boufassil, 26, and Mohammed Ali Ahmed, 27, passed the housing benefit cash to Mohamed Abrini in a park in Small Heath, Birmingham in July 2015.
