Five police officers accused of misconduct over death of musician

Five police officers are facing allegations of misconduct after the death of a black musician more than a decade ago. Sean Rigg, 40, was restrained for more than eight minutes after he threw kicks at passers-by in Balham, south London, on 21 August 2008.
