Former diplomat denies murdering ‘the gay rights campaigner next door’

A former Uruguayan diplomat accused of killing a gay rights campaigner who lived next door denied murder today (mon). Enrique Facelli, 49, stabbed 55-year-old Julian Aubrey to death at the victim’s home in West Kensington, west London, in October last year, it is alleged. Mr Aubrey was discovered with multiple knife wounds at his flat in Shaftesbury Place, Warwick Road on 30 October last year.
