Grenfell cladder fined for death fall

The building company that installed cut-price flammable cladding at Grenfell Tower has been fined half a million pounds for health and safety breaches after a builder fell to his death on one of their sites. Vasile Nichitut, 31, died while working at a building site managed by Rydon Construction in Ealing, west London, on July 2015.
