A charity finance chief has denied stealing more than £170,000 from her employer. Rushna Choudhury, 45, allegedly defrauding the Social Interest Group out of £171,933.21 between November 2016 and August 2017. Choudhury had worked as a finance manager for the Islington-based charity, which helps other organisations improve their care for vulnerable people.
