Jail for demolition derby driver

A disqualified driver who almost ran over an elderly woman as he careered down the wrong side of the road in a high speed police chase has been jailed. Nayeem Chowdhury, 19, was spotted by police driving his black Volkswagen Golf on the A13 in Tower Hamlets, east London, on 29 July.
