Joe McCann refuses to come into court

Fugitive Joseph McCann refused to appear in court today (weds) to face charges of the kidnap and rape of a woman in Hertfordshire. McCann, 34, is accused of attacking the woman at knifepoint in Watford in the early hours of Sunday 21 April.
