Killer beat neighbour to death in ladder row

  A killer who beat his neighbour to death in a row over a borrowed ladder is facing years behind bars.. Sean Gomez, 48, punched Mustafa Lanleyin to the ground then battered him around the head with a petrol can outside a block of flats in Enfield, north London.
