Let off for sobbing conwoman who ripped off vulnerable victim

  A sobbing conwoman who claimed she was innocent because she was wheelchair-bound has been spared jail. Yulanda Panayiotou, 40, stole more than £10,000 from her vulnerable victim after befriending him and offering to clear his garden and do his shopping. Panayiotou swiped the man’s credit card and set up fake accounts in his name on gambling websites, in shops and with mobile phone companies.
