  A mentally ill teenager who stabbed his cousin to death faces being detained indefinitely at a secure hospital. Mosa Abid, 19, knifed 18 year-old Moamen Settar at the family home in Buddings Circle, Wembley, northwest London, on 15 October last year. Mr Settar, who lived there with his mother and sisters, was pronounced dead at the scene shortly before 2pm.
