Monster who killed five year-old should not have been on the streets

A probation service boss has admitted that a killer who beat his five year old stepson to death for losing a shoe should have been in secure accommodation. Malcolm Iheanacho, 41, is serving a life sentence for murdering Alex Malcolm in Mountsfield Park, Hither Green, southeast London, in November 2016.
