Mugger ‘tried to steal £200,000 watch outside Harrods’

A mugger tried to steal a £200,000 designer watch from a wealthy businessman outside Harrods, a court heard. Mustafa Merzuki, 24, allegedly tried to wrench the valuable timepiece from Yen Koon Teo outside the world famous store in Kensington on June 20 last year. Merzuki is also accused of assaulting PC Jason Li later the same day in Silver Place, Soho.
