‘My partner was wrongly given drugs before our baby died’

The father of a new born baby who died in a Guernsey hospital has claimed his partner was wrongly given drugs to induce labour without consent or explanation. Lisa Granville, Antonia Manousaki and Tuija Roussel all worked on the Loveridge Ward at Princess Elizabeth Hospital (PEH), Guernsey when the child, referred to only as Baby A, was born just after midnight on 30 January 2014. The desperately ill baby required resuscitation and died on the afternoon of 30 January 2014….
