Shamed aristocrat ‘assaulted in jail’

Disgraced aristocrat Viscount Rhodri Colwyn Philipps told the court he had been attacked in jail. The 50-year-old was jailed for 12 weeks last Thursday (13) for offering a £5,000 bounty for someone to run over Brexit campaigner Gina Miller.
