A Romanian teenager was caught with nearly £3,000 worth of beauty products she had stolen from a department store in a specially modified skirt, a court heard. The 17-year-old mother-of-two appeared before magistrates at Stratford Youth Court after attempting to loot 69 cosmetic and perfume items from Fenwicks in Canterbury, Kent.
