Son kills mother who had fought to have him treated

A mentally ill son has admitted strangling his mother to death hours after she took him him to get his condition treated. Celia Levitt, 68, and son Barry Levitt were turned away and she was found lying dead at the side of a bed after police stormed the son’s home in Stoneleigh Road, Bromley, southeast London. They had taken a call from her other son who was deeply concerned about his mother’s safety. She was pronounced dead at the scene…
