Stoned driver’s 70mph death crash

A stoned driver mowed down and killed Cambridge University graduate while speeding at up to 70mph. Malachi Wheatle, 24, ploughed into Kevin Chang, on Kennington Park Road, south London, in the early hours of 7 April 2018.
