Student went berserk with paramedics

A former psychology student who attacked three emergency workers has been detained at a psychiatric unit. Ellen Fanus, 23, assaulted ambulance worker Lee Milton, PC Nicole Sondh and detention officer Gemma Malster on 16 January. Westminster Magistrates Court heard Fanus has since been sectioned under the Mental Health Act.
