Teen ‘stabbed by friend’ was left in vegetative state

A business student nicknamed ‘Smiley’ was left blind, paralysed and in need of 24-hour care after being stabbed by his friend during a row, a court heard today (FRI). Jamel Boyce, 17, was allegedly knifed in the heart by Tyrese Osei-Kofi, now 18, outside a supermarket in Clapham, south London, in October 2016 and remains in a vegetative state. The teenagers had been laughing and joking together hours earlier and the reason for the attack remains unclear, jurors were told….
