Terrorist used wife’s credit card at Tesco

A suspected terrorist breached an terrorism prevention order when he used his wife’s credit card to do the shopping at Tesco, a court heard. Identified only as ‘EN’ the man, who cannot be named, was under a Terrorism Prevention and Investigation Measures Act (TPIM) notice which, among other conditions, prevented him from using any card or bank account but a nominated one.
