The pensioners accused of electrocuting a seven-year-old boy

Two pensioners have denied killing a seven-year-old boy who was electrocuted when he climbed over a garden wall at a pub. Harvey Tyrell died after he chased after a football at the King Harold in Romford Essex, on September 11 last year David Bearman, 71, and Colin Naylor, 72, are both accused of his manslaughter by gross negligence.
