A Romanian tree surgeon who almost decapitated himself when a chainsaw ‘kick-backed’ into his throat died accidentally, a coroner has ruled. Grigore Bulbuc, from Beckenham, south London, was pruning the large tree in a private back garden in Bermondsey on 15 February this year.
