A Yorkshireman accused of trying to travel to Syria to join Islamic State will stand trial in May. Ghulam Hussain, 30, is accused of giving an undercover policeman cash to arrange the trip. Hussain, from Batley, is alleged to have bought a plane ticket to travel to Pakistan later this month and return via Turkey a week later. When his home was searched, officers allegedly found a fraudulent credit card he had obtained by supplying false details of his employment…
