Uber driver hoped to be killed by police outside Buckingham Palace

An Uber driver who attacked police officers with a samurai sword outside Buckingham Palace left a suicide note which said: ‘The Queen and her soldiers will all be in hellfire’. Mohiussunnath Chowdhury, 27, drove his blue Toyota Prius at a marked police van and reached for the blade on 25 August last year, the Old Bailey heard.
