Uninsured Range Rover driver went through two red lights before killing pedestrian

A killer driver who sped through two red lights and mowed down two women as they made their way to work is facing years behind bars. Luis Ramos, 29, ploughed into 42 year-old Corina Cretu and Loredana Toma, 29, on Lea Bridge Road, Leyton, east London on 15 January.
